Ingredients

Simple, honest, pure

  • Par-boiled rice
  • Whole urad dal (black gram)
  • Fresh water
  • A pinch of salt

That's it. No additives, no chemicals - just the four things a Kerala grandmother would use.

How to use

Ready in minutes

  1. Give the pack a gentle stir and let it reach room temperature.
  2. For idli: pour into greased moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes.
  3. For dosa: spread thin on a hot tawa, drizzle oil, and cook till golden and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with chutney and sambar. Enjoy!
